I have been trying to log into the app for at least two weeks. The forgotten password link doesn't result in an email being sent. Customer Service (MM) claimed they've sent links - but they haven't arrived. What tipped me to write this honest review is that MM asked for a screenshot then threatened to close my case if I didn't provide it one day later - despite this being the busy Christmas season; this does not bode well for Royal London's treatment of vulnerable customers.
