We run our company pension scheme through Royal London and it is a bit of a shambles. Payments to employees have been missed on several occasions (either individually or en masse) and and we have to push hard to get it resolved. Responses have been poor and slow and we've reached the point where employees have lost confidence in the pension.RL understandably make a big thing about not being answerable to shareholders, well frankly they don't appear to be quick to answer their members.The return percentage seems to be about the going rate, so no major complaints there, but overall this scheme is a causing our small business a headache it could do withoutPS - (added after RL response below) - we have already completed the on line form and engaged with the customer services team and we are not making progress. Raising or escalating a complaint is more challenging than it should be.
