Difficult to rate. It felt like jumping through hoops to close plan at the end. Once hoops jumped through they were set in fire and we had to jump again. Not always Royal London’s fault. Having said this the staff we dealt with on the phone were lovely and as helpful as they could be. Hopefully settlement will be next week. Be back if it doesn’t arrive lol
