⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Excellent customer service – went above and beyond!I had a great experience with Royal Vapes despite a small hiccup with Royal Mail. Unfortunately, my order was either mixed up or lost during delivery, but Royal Vapes were amazing about it – they happily sent out the same order again completely free of charge, and I received it the following week!I also realised I’d forgotten to include my house number on the delivery address when I placed the order. I emailed them straight away, and they sorted it out really quickly. Communication throughout was excellent – they kept me updated the whole time and were super helpful and friendly.Will definitely be ordering again – highly recommend! 👌
