I've been buying my juice & pods from the guys at Royal Vapes since their store opened in Stratford on Avon for a while now, and am yet to have an even remotely bad experience. The staff are super friendly & knowledgeable, and consistently helpful, even when my questions are, at best, a bit stupid.
I popped into the Kenilworth branch to buy a refillable vape in preparation for the upcoming disposable vape ban, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lucas, who served me, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish.He took the time to explain the different options available, tailoring his recommendations to suit my needs and budget without ever making me feel rushed or pressured to buy. He answered all my questions clearly and confidently, making the whole process really easy and enjoyable.There was a great range of products to choose from, and I also learned that by opening an account, you can collect points with every purchase to redeem as discounts on future orders—an added bonus!Overall, a brilliant shopping experience.
