911 - What’s Your Emergency?

I had an emergency request for six bottles of Pappy to be overnighted. I ordered on Tuesday morning and they showed up in the mountains of Idaho on Wednesday morning! WC saved the party and the CEO contacted me personally. WC is my go to supplier now.

I need to update my previous review

I need to update my previous review. I’ve changed my rating from one to four because they did in fact respond to my emails.I received the item 8 days after I ordered it.I did not give them a five because it should not have taken 5 days and several emails and a negative review to get a response, especially as people claim they received their bottle the next day.

Wonderful Experience

Made things right!

Listen, this should have been a 1 star. There was a mix up with the delivery (they sent the wrong bottle) And I didn't check it right away. But then when I realized that it was the wrong bottle, I was quite startled and definitely frustrated. I emailed them in the middle of the night a bit panicked. But the staff wrote back right away, admitted the issue and sent out the proper bottle ASAP. I mean FAST. We all make mistakes but it's how you rectify it that matters. And Whiskeycaviar did just that and they came through as a class act! Now go order some more bottles from these guys! :)

Shipping issues

Ordered a bottle for Father's day to arrive right on time with 5 day shipping. Almost 2 weeks go by and nothing. Reached out to them and as soon as I reach out I get an email that the shipping label has been created. They only offered to refund the shipping which is a given because its obviously 10 days past the time it shouldve arrived. Only order if you have about a month to wait.
