In my country Costa Rica my bank account do not allow to receive back more than what you used previously with a Visa card. So I talk to the client service by chat 3 times. The all told me that I could withdraw by the swift system if I ever win. So I decided to deposit and after I could get access to the cashier I finally found that I couldn't withdraw with the swift system because my country was not on the list. So they lied to me. One told me that I should write to customer help by email to know how to proceed to withdraw by swift to my country. After 2 weeks and a few emails they never answered. Frustrating. Will maybe look for another casino if I can find one honest.
