I ordered a wall-mounted pull-up bar and while the bar itself was in good condition, the hardware pack arrived opened with parts scattered inside the box.
One black nut and one black washer were missing, and the expanding wall bolts were already rusty and appeared second-hand. This is concerning because proper mounting hardware is essential for safety.
I have contacted the seller to request a replacement hardware set and I am currently waiting for a response. I hope they resolve this quickly.
Overall disappointed with the packaging and quality control.
