Mine is the same story as everyone else’s, I ordered 2 human dog beds because they were advertised under the guise of ‘HSN’ and paid for 2 chairs, second one was ‘free’ but instead received a pair of cheap plastic sunglasses… no response to my email. Should be illegal, they need to be shut down
