A well-rounded waste of time..Initially I don't recall being told that (after showing proof of the title,registration,serial numbers and VIN number pic on the vehicle) that I would then have to consent to some third party obtaining personal information. This place wants you to allow facial recognition,voice recording,pictures of id, and IP address to keep stored,used,process disclosed and redisclose to only God knows who. Now one must ask themselves, why on the planet would this place need all of that information in order for you to sell some used catalytic converters? This is despite having all of that other information pertaining to the vehicle ownership and catalytic converters. Then when I raised an issue about it I get a phone call with hostility as if I have done them wrong. I'd rather throw them away then get treated like that.
