I contacted RRCats in February, 2022 about a pair of catalytic converters from a 2014 Jetta. I was provided a quote quickly and shipped the pair of converters after receiving the quote for the pair. RRCats provided the shipping and they received the shipment about three days later. I provided all requested materials in the shipment along with ID and address. That was two months ago and I have not received payment for the catalytic converters. I will never do business with them again nor would I recommend anyone else do business with them.Update 4/23/22After providing an original 1-star rating and reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, RRCats responded and provided an explanation as well as payment for the catalytic converters I sent them. As such, I have changed their rating to 4-star for finalizing our original agreement.
