My experience with the company was extremely unsatisfactory. The flat was given to me in poor condition — a stained sofa, damp walls and ceiling, broken furniture, and an extra bed in the living room. The promised 'professional cleaning' was never completed; it took nearly 10 days after I moved in, done by the building’s maintenance worker (who was kind but it wasn’t his responsibility). I had lived in the same flat back in 2016 — it was already worn down then, and even the refrigerator light still doesn't work. At the end of my tenancy, I paid £150 for professional cleaning, yet they deducted another £150 from my deposit claiming it should have cost “at least £325.” There were no fixed cleaning fees mentioned in the contract. An unfair and frustrating experience.
