I came here to leave a review, and I am disgusted to read that some tenants, maybe the genuine tenants, have left such negative reviews over such petty and childish matters. I rented a property from this company. My wife caused unintential damage to a wall, and I offered to pay for it, the matter was resolved amicably. If as a tenant you want free accomodation then, there are lots of parks to sleep in. My experience was pleaseant, of course some staff do not have 1st class english, but that is the current state of our economy. Thank you RR Properties for a pleaseant stay.
