After signing up for a special offer, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been lacking, and despite multiple requests for updates on my installation, I received no response. The fibre was finally installed, but I was without internet for nearly three weeks due to a mix-up with the cables. Each time I reached out for updates, I was told they would follow up, but I had to contact the provider myself. Additionally, the router took two weeks to arrive due to a system issue. Overall, I would not recommend this service.
