Poor customer service and feedback. I have been waiting for weeks for feedback and my contracts are on notice but RSAWEB and Ziyanda can't get back to me with a solution before my notice ends. The issue is that the package Prices for existing customers increase every few months, yet they offer new customers better packages and deals and then when u want to cancel they offer you a 5% discount after the price increase. They also mention that you are already getting discount from Sanlam reality but this is a subscription we as customers pay for R160 per month above the internet subscription, which is paid for separately to Sanlam reality to get 15% off from Our fibre packages. Why is RSAWEB penalizing it's customers by increasing their packages which our contracts when signed were much lower. And the service is poor much as the internet connection which always buffers even when few devices are connected. Get back to me asap with a solution on my three packages.
