I am extremely frustrated by the lack of response from the manager despite my efforts in dealing with eight different consultants and having to repeat my issue every single time. The service provided by RSAWeb is absolutely appalling. Is it really so difficult to get a manager to call a customer.Here's the problem: I was automatically upgraded from my original contract without my consent, resulting in increased charges for services I never requested. When I asked to downgrade back to my original agreement, I was informed that it would cost me an additional R250. Furthermore, despite paying extra for a 200mbps line, I'm not receiving the promised speed. The solution? Apparently, I need to drive 45 mins to get a new router or pay R349 for it to be delivered!It's beyond comprehension that RSAWeb expects me to pay for a service I can't fully utilize due to the inadequate hardware provided. When will RSAWeb take responsibility for their lack of customer service? It's nonsensical that I'm being charged for a service I can't use because of the equipment provided by RSAWeb. This is utterly unacceptable.
