I am at a lost for words after being a client for almost a year I can confidently confirm that this has been the worst experience I and my family have had with a provider . We have made numerous calls , sent emails and whattsapp messages in regards with our connection problems . We pay a fair amount for a line that should give us 130mbps without trouthle unfortunate for us it is almost never the case . Not that is not where it stops our account has been a mess since day one . No idea why we didn't move away then , promises where made and never met . Myself and my husband the account holder have gone the extra mile to give this company the opportunity to show us its capabilities unfortunate once again disappointing. We have been without wifi , over charged , been rude to , phone got put down in our ears , no response, left hanging , told different answers for the same problem , and left with low speed internet when we have been pay for high speed. I'd love to hear from management what they would recommend or how the would amend this problem as we are fed up and ready to kick this company to the curb. I have a video that I made today 2023.07.20 while trying to watch a video for my 6 year Olds school work so you can see how bad it is . I wil also have the speed test conducted during that time.
