I have been a loyal customer for 3 years, and they cancel my account for R20.22c where i did not receive a email or even a sms on the amount in arrears or even that the premium went up. They want to charge me R500 for reconnection fees. I said to cancel my account with immediate affect due to you cancelling my account without notifying me. The customer service is poor they blocked me on email didnt help me sort things out. Just a money making story now they told me i must send the router back to them on my cost and still wrap it nicely . I will not do that they can come and pick it up at my house. I am not witholding it from them surely they have technitions in the area to come and pick it up. They brought it to me they can come and pick it up. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE i would rather stay on prepaid data thats how bad it is.
