Rsaweb has been a disappointment as of lately i have been with then for some time now and there lack is when u have issues u struggle to get hold of them,i have tried emails and the so called "easy fast response whtzapp group" where no one replies back and when u phone u wait and wait and wait until u get impatient and u hang up or run out of airtime and still i awaiting since 13:00 this afternoon for any replies from them for why i have no internet and its now almst going to 19:00,really disappointing for a brand they claim best in SA,i had to edit this and add this ridiculous response from RSAWEB so apparently they upgraded my package without my consent,i have been awaiting whole day a response from any rsaweb technician and apparently i find out that they switched my account to a higher package from what i was 50/50mbps to a 100/100mbps without my consent and now i mus pay more from a R755 to a R855 and on top of that i must pay a R955 because without me knowing to pay 855 where i was paying the R755 i am in a arrears and my internet was put off,how do companies in there right mind think they can just do things like this without contacting the client and believe u me i think its lies they jst want people to choose higher packages so they can get more money because why still offer the same package i have online on there website for 50/50mbps R755 and 100/100mbps R855 i do understand that everything increases bt there are protocols to how things should be handled im really disappointed in there service and im thinking to cancel because theres a reason i chose this package to fit my budget and for them jst to change it like this is unlawful
