I used to be a fan but hate this ISP now. The issue is the deterioration in their customer support. Their recorded message always says that they are experiencing high call volumes, the answer to which is hire more staff. I held on for over 30 minutes on Thursday so when I did get through to someone, they had not been able to resolve my issue by the time I had to leave for a meeting. They said they might be able to call me back but never did. I rang back later and held for 45 minutes; in the middle of the conversation, the line suddenly went dead. The third time I held on for 35 minutes. In the middle of the call, my call credit ran out! The fourth time I held on for 40 minutes and did get through to someone who helped on a 30 minute call. However it was a technical problem that should not have happened. I can’t wait to switch suppliers.
