RSAWEB customer service is a joke. I called their service number 3 times and waited unsuccessfully for my calls to be answered for over 15 minutes before I aborted. I then tried their Chat line and, following a short wait, explained my problem to a real person - only to be transfered back to the Service line that no one answers. RSAWEB quite clearly has either far more problems than it can handle or a severe staff shortage. And I still don't have an answer to my FTTH issue!
