RSA web is the most putrid when it comes to customer service. They're eager to make a sale but never there to assist with technical issues after signing. I have called since July month about my line having issues and the "support" phones just ring, but if you call their sales department then immediately they answer. Don't believe me? Try it. I challenge each and everyone who reads this before signing up, to give them a call and see if you get assistance from support. Then try and call their sales and see how long it takes before that phone is answered.I regret signing with them and will not be paying as of this month going forward until they resolve my line's issues.
