Honestly, the worst customer service you will ever receive. If you have any (absolutely ANY problem) with your connection or account... good luck in trying to get it sorted. I've been on multiple chats, goes in circles after I explain that I just need to change the password after taking over the previous tenants account. Just land up getting transferred. Tried phoning multiple times, land up holding for more than 10min a call without any answer. I'm out of options here. Busy looking into trying to change the service anyway from RSAWEB.
