I cancelled my debit order with RSAweb in Dec 2021 and at the same date ceded the contract to the new purchaser of my house. The new owner has continued to pay the monthly fee religiously BUT this company took a chance and resubmitted my stopped debit order on 31/1/2023 and Standard Bank processed it. I have re-stopped the debit order and now I cannot get RSAweb to refund me the R655 which they dishonestly and illegally deducted from my bank account. Their call center is worse than trying to contact any municipal or government...no answer, crappy music, if this, push 2, if that, push 3 until you can scream! Their WhatsApp service is also rubbish...they answered my detailed message only after 2 days and then asked if there was anything that they could do to help me??? Illiterate, untrained and stupid employee in a totally inappropriate job. DON’T SUPPORT THIS USELESS BUSINESS. WARNING! THIS IS A BUSINESS WITH THE WORST SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY.
