Absolutely horrible.Took 10+ phone calls/emails/support chat sessions over the span of TWO MONTHS to get a relocation sorted.Immediately followed by 3 outages within a week.Then, I was delivered and invoiced for a router that I specifically said I didn't want or need since I was using the previous router as suggested by their website.After arranging with them to pick up the router, I waited a few weeks and still no refund as promised. I reached out to ask about it and put in a cancellation for the service as well as I was fed up at this point (also, their prices suck compared to MWEB).A few weeks later, the cancellation fees go off, while I am still eagerly awaiting my refund.Would not recommend.
