I have no connection since the 1 Feb 2023. I spoke to Lulama on the Saturday 4 Feb 2023 for more than an hour bit he was unable to assist and I ask him to call me back and he didn't bother to call. On Sunday 5th Feb 2023 I spoke to Amanda who keeps on saying she can't hear me until she hang up on me that's poor customer service to hang up on customer who paid for the service he is not receiving. I sent messages on whatsapp and live chat still no answer. Please help me i don't have connection since Feb or else refund me the the payment for Feb
