After contacting Cluade at Rsaweb business helpline he tried explaining to me that I had no connection to the internet because our uncapped business line that my company pays for which is at speed of 20mb/s was apparently according to Cluade being used at speeds over 20mb/s which according to him he claims it is definitely possible and it is the reason we where experiencing packet loss and eventually a full disconnection for over an hour at multiple events.
