Their telephone lines seem to be perpetually busy, making it nearly impossible to reach a customer service representative. Even when I manage to get through, I'm met with indifference and lack of assistance.My main issue revolves around the internet speed I was promised versus what I actually receive. I'm paying for a 150Mbps line, but it's become a rare occasion to witness speeds exceeding a measly 12Mbps. This blatant misrepresentation of their services is unacceptable.Equally frustrating is their complete lack of interest in resolving my concerns.
