I have been with RSA web for more than 5 years. There service is great when nothing is wrong. They send you the bill each month and deduct each month. When things go wrong; that is truly the time a ISP shows how important their customers are to them. If I did not make contact with them I received no feedback at all. After a week of no fibre connection I gave up. Other ISP's around me sorted out their clients within a matter of hours. I am still waiting after one week.
