I encountered a help desk agent who was quite rude and obnoxious while trying to resolve a billing issue related to my recent move. Despite submitting the relocation form well in advance, their system failed to process it, claiming that mandatory fields were incomplete, even though I had filled everything out. I spoke with another representative earlier this month, who promised to escalate the issue to prevent further billing, but here we are with no resolution. This agent should not be in a customer-facing role. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience and reflects poorly on the service.
