Daniel was fantastic. His communication and customer service skills were perfect. He seemed to understand the stressful situation we were in. He had empathy and replied to our questions quickly and clearly.It was a shame that the person subcontracted to take us and our van home from France didn't have the same customer service skills. 22hrs in a cramped rescue car was not the best end to our holiday.At the end of the day, RST got us home at about the time they said they would.
