Like many others, I have overpaid and am still waiting for a refund. I keep getting told different excuses, including that the cheque has been sent out – which it never has. I now believe they are deliberately lying, possibly because they can't or won't pay people back.I've also texted RTE to see if Primetime or Joe Duffy will cover this, and I'm waiting for a response. I urged them to raise awareness about this situation, as this seems to be the most dysfunctional and incompetent government agency that there ever was.I would ask for the people reading this post to also contact RTE or your local Media outlets and ask them to raise awareness about them. You can also easily find the rtb leadership team information online. Call them out for the useless shower of jokers that they are.
