This service is unacceptable. It took two business days to receive a wire transfer. Do not trust their wire department. I submitted another request for a wire transfer and still haven't received it. ACH payments arrived the next day. No one can provide answers, and my bank can't track the wire. They mislead us by offering wire transfers and charging fees, but the carriers do not receive them promptly. Very unprofessional and deceitful.
