When I raised this concern, I was told these were normal tolerances due to hand-finishing. It’s hard to believe that any luxury brand would accept such inconsistency, especially for a high-end product. Instead of ensuring quality, the brand advised me to return the item for a refund. I’ve returned both straps and will not be purchasing from them again. Disappointing experience overall.
