I made a deposit via a payment service, and while the money was taken from my bank account, it hasn't been credited to my account with the platform. After spending a lot of time trying to communicate with a representative, I found them to be incredibly unhelpful. An hour into the conversation with the inadequate agent, my deposit still isn't reflected in my account. I have screenshots of the entire exchange and my bank statement showing the deposit. This has been a terrible experience.
