I made a deposit through a payment service, and while the funds were deducted from my bank account, they were not added to my account with the platform. After spending a significant amount of time trying to reach a representative, I found them to be extremely unhelpful. An hour into the conversation with the unqualified agent, my deposit still hasn't been reflected in my account. I have screenshots of the entire interaction and my bank statement showing the deposit. This experience has been absolutely awful.
