I have been shopping with Ruby Lane for nearly 20 years and have seen it grow and change in good ways to aid the shopper. I have trust in the sellers and the support behind them that Ruby Lane provides. I enjoy the quality of the items I purchase. While all of the vendors do their business differently, they are all satisfactory to me. I would rather have an item over packed than packed carelessly. This has never been a problem for me in recent years. Some sellers give very detailed information about items while others rely on photos. I am experienced so both ways are fine with me.
