I've purchase a few items on Ruby Lane before and it is an easy website to navigate. The only issue I had was checking out, I don't like PayPal, I had them once before and they are a pain to deal with especially if there is an issue plus they now charge for monthly paper bills so I quit them. My issue is it is confusing because I just want to check out with my personal credit card but somehow it still goes through PayPal. I wish it was clearer. I did contact the seller and he /she got back to me very quickly with the information I needed. eBay is still an easier website to navigate, information is right at your finger tips where Ruby Lane it does take a little more effort.
