Individual dealers on rubylane are great. However the administration of rubylane has a new rigid policy for layaway that disadvantages both the buyer and the dealers. Tax on the item is required to be paid right away instead of at the end of the layaway. A dealer said that this was unfair to her clients and would not do layaways anymore through rubylane. This hurts both buyers and sellers and hinders sales. Rubylane administration please take note.
