As a first timer, the site is not user friendly. For example, I kept trying to change my shipping address and when I did that, it showed up as billing. Did it several times, was thinking of opening a store on Ruby Lane and wanted to try it out first as a buyer. Glitches. Had to even backdate the date in order for review to be sent. And I don't know why I'm now a guest. Perhaps that was the new payment method.
