my only complaint about ruby lane is how time consuming it is to check out. each item has to go through PayPal or my credit card separately, instead of just paying for it all at once. I understand there are different vendors and so on, but couldn't ruby lane figure out a way to distribute the money to each vendor, to speed up the process. when I buy 3 or 4 pieces, it's a long story to check out. otherwise, a great site, fast posting, and pieces are always as described.
