Ruby Lane's method used for payment is extremely easy compared to a few years ago. The only things I would recommend is that RL install tracking information for each purchased item on line along with an easy method for leaving feedback on seller (similar to ebay's setup). CORRECTION - I wasn't aware that Ruby Lane added these features and I apologize. Ruby Lane has great sellers and made it easy for buyers to readily complete their transactions, track shipments and provide feedback.
