I purchased a necklace from one of your vendors. I received confirmation, and a mutual agreement to purchase / sell the item. I was told that I would receive shipping and payment instructions within 72 hours. Two days later I received an email from the seller stating they had sold the item elsewhere, presumably for more money. They offered to sell me something else, that I was not interested in. I looked on Ruby Lane again and the item is still listed. This is a classic bait and switch. What a scam!
