Jeremy Walls of Petit Vernon on Ruby Lane was an extraordinarily helpful seller of the beautiful crystal vase I bought. He answered my email promptly and then sent videos, rotating the vase slowly in excellent light, followed by a still photo on which he had circled two barely discernible scratches. He did not want me to miss seeing them on the video. I am very impressed with this scrupulously honest seller and would happily buy again from him.
