Very frustrating. I made an offer that was too low and rubylane would not let me make another offer. I communicated with the seller and negotiated a price, but I still couldn't complete the transaction. I had to open a new rubylane account in order to make the offer. ebay lets users make additional offers if the initial offer is not accepted. Why doesn't rubylane?
