I put 5 stars because I’ve had good experiences with the merchants on RB. If I’ve a difference of opinion, it’s been easily resolved. I think that’s because you can deal with the merchant one on one. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Well, once, I wanted to buy something that had become suddenly unavailable. I asked why, because I would still buy it today, if I could. The merchant explained clearly what had happened and (it wasn’t another buyer) I understood. I was disappointed but I would deal with them again, and I have. The sales process is as simple as you can make it. The terms are clear. It’s good.
