using Rubylane to fulfill a purchase "wish" ... which I recently did, hit or miss. I have purchased wonderful items which arrived in a timely manner, etc.. HOWEVER, if you have issues with anything to do with a purchase as a buyer, you will quickly learn that Ruby Lane is a distant "entity" .... it's out there ... you can purchase...and usually, you'll get your item ... but if there is any issue, just TRY reaching out to RubyLane for help ... It's a terrible platform ...you can't even easily see seller's feedback! I believe you have to search them on TrustPilot!!! I plan to mostly stay away from RubyLane purchases. I received a broken item, and now seller is not communicating ... I'm left powerless.
