I do thoroughly enjoy shopping on Ruby Lane. The array of items, both in their diversity of type and in the wide array of pricing, is wonderful. You can always find something perfect. If anything would make the experience better, it would be that vendors respond to inquiries. In all the orders I have placed since September 2021 (over 350), there have been 2 vendors who have never responded to an offer I made. Even if they do not want to consider it, just good business would suggest the courtesy of a reply. But, overall, my experience has been excellent. Merchants' items are as described, and if there is any discrepancy, the merchants have been more than gracious to correct.
