I am an infrequent (5 times a year or so?) shopper on Ruby Lane, but each time I have had very positive experiences with varying vendors. This most recent purchase was no different. I had a couple of questions which were answered promptly and courteously. Many times the message exchange ended with me making a purchase, however there have been times when this wasn't the case, which was also okay.
