While I like Ruby Lane and have shopped here numerous times I have never had as much trouble as the last time. It would not accept my credit card (I tried a verbal different ones) as payment and I was forced to open a PayPal account or leave without buying what I wanted as a gift for a friend. It was much easier in the past. Now I have a PayPal account t I need to close.
